New Enhancements Now Live!
1. Lead Enquiry Form
The Lead Enquiry Form Widget makes it easier to capture and manage new business enquiries directly from your website.
By embedding the widget on your website, prospective clients can submit their contact details and enquiry through a simple online form. The form captures key information including First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Enquiry Details.
Once submitted, the enquiry is automatically created as a Contact within DASH, eliminating the need for manual data entry and ensuring no potential lead is missed. This allows your team to respond to enquiries faster, maintain a centralised record of all new leads, and begin your client engagement process immediately.

2. CDM Solutions Integration
The CDM Solutions integration streamlines the management of insurance policy information by automatically syncing insurance data from your existing CDM Solutions account into DASH.
The integration provides a one-way overnight data sync, ensuring the latest insurance policy details are available in DASH without the need for users to manually update client records. Once synced, insurance information can be accessed alongside existing client data, helping advisers maintain a complete and up-to-date view of a client’s insurance position.
The synced data can be used throughout DASH, including within Fact Finds, Statements of Advice (SOAs), and client reporting templates, reducing duplicate data entry and improving efficiency when preparing advice documents.
