Lead Enquiry Form
The Lead Enquiry Form Widget allows users to capture lead details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Query) via your website and create a contact in DASH. Includes a reCAPTCHA “I’m not a robot” function to combat SPAM.
Setting up
Subscribe to the Lead Enquiry Form Widget App in the Store (note, it takes a few minutes to appear in the apps panel the first time you subscribe)
From the Apps Panel > Launch the app, navigate to Settings
On this page there is the code that is required to be added to your website and styling information
Add your website in the allowed origins section and decide if you’d like to enable the verification reCAPTCHA to combat SPAM.
Importing into DASH Contacts
Once a client has completed the form on your website, a contact can now be imported into DASH:
Select the Apps Panel and launch the Lead Enquiry form app
Within the Enquiries section, the client/s details appear, along with email, phone and message completed in form. To create a new contact select Save to CRM next to each client
Navigate back to DASH, the client will now appear within the Contacts list
