What’s New in DASH
We’ve made a number of updates to make everyday tasks in DASH easier, including more flexibility when managing workflows, new bulk actions, create a task from a file note and updates to the Contact Summary page.
More control over workflows
Reset a workflow task
If a task is completed by mistake or the wrong outcome is selected, you can now reset the workflow back to an earlier step rather than having to reactivate and start the workflow again.
This also provides more flexibility where changes have been made to a workflow template while a client already has an active workflow.
Cancel or delete workflows and tasks
Started a workflow or task by mistake? You can now delete an individual task or an entire workflow.
Please note that deleting a workflow will also remove all historical tasks associated with that workflow.
For businesses that want tighter controls, we’ve also introduced a new role permission that allows you to switch off the ability for users to delete workflows.
New bulk actions
We’ve introduced new bulk actions to make it quicker to complete common activities across multiple contacts.
Simply select multiple contacts using the tick boxes and choose from the following actions:
Add a file note
Activate a task or workflow
Add an agreement
Create a task from a file note
Need to follow up on something you've recorded in a file note? You can now quickly create a task directly from the file note, making it easier to capture the next action without having to navigate elsewhere in DASH.
Contact Summary improvements
We’ve made some further improvements to the Contact Summary page to make key client information easier to access.
Activity panel: You can now switch the Activity panel on or off from Settings. The Activity panel provides a quick view of recent agreements, file notes and tasks.
Contact details: Contact details are now displayed directly on the Contact Summary page, reducing the need to navigate elsewhere. We’ve also added a copy icon so you can quickly copy contact information when needed.
Consistent look and feel
We’ve updated the CRM font across all pages to provide a more consistent look and feel throughout DASH.
