Whats New in DASH - February 2026
CRM Update - Insurance
Within the Contact > Information > Insurance tab, we have expanded the available fields
When first entering a policy, you can now input Status, Stamp Duty and Policy Fee
When inputting cover within the policy, you will notice some additional options for Needlestick, Child Trauma and Blood Bourne cover.
There are some additional values for other insurance fields to create a better data flow between our third party app integrations, Omniife, FIN365, Xplan. All new fields have been added to the relevant areas in the wizards and templates.
SOA/ROA Wizard
Custom strategy text ordering – If you have created custom strategy text within the Wizard Customisations tab in Settings.
Usually this text will appear below the standard DASH wording in the Wizard. We have made a change so any custom text will now appear at the top of the drop down lists.
Tax deductibility on advice fees – A new section within the SOA wizard > Fees section, allows users to select if they want to disclosure the tax deductibility of advice fees.
Goals filtering – Previously, any goal entered in the CRM was flowing into the wizard. We have now applied a filter to draw only goals with a Current status.
