Troubleshooting the SOA
Product Fees are missing or incorrect
Have you entered your Investment/Super platform correctly with the CRM. Its important to select from our database of platforms to ensure the correct (Admin fees, MER, Management Fees) Fees etc have been applied.
Within the Contact > Information section. When selecting your platform, try to avoid creating a manual entry, instead choose from our drop down options.


Error when generating the document
Have you selected all of the app scenarios, for example, did you use ProductRex for your super comparison, if so, make sure you select this before generating. Did you also select ProductRex in the SOA Wizard?
