Step 4 - Activating agreements for clients

In the previous tutorial, we stepped through the initial setup process. In this video, lets now apply the agreement package to the client.

When activating an agreement for a client, they key dates will be pre-set:

Agreement Period - This defaults to today plus 364 days. It can be modified via the pencil icon to forward or back date.

Anniversary Date - Agreement Start Date

Reference Date - 12 months from the Agreement start date

Earliest Consent Date - 60 days before reference date. The earliest a client to renew the agreement

Consent End Date - 150 days from the reference date. The latest date the client must provide the signed agreement
