Product Fees/Recommended Tables are missing or incorrect
  1. If fees (Admin fees, MER, Management Fees) etc for the platform are showing incorrectly, ensure you have entered your Investment/Super platform correctly within the CRM.

  • When selecting your platform, choose from our drop-down options for the platforms. Try to avoid creating a manual entry.

  1. If the Product Recommendation tables are missing from your document output, ensure you have selected correct app in the Wizard and the relevant scenario when generating your document.

Example - Using ProductRex

  • Check that the correct App is selecting within the Wizard ie. ProductRex

  • When generating the document, select Filter Categories > Invest/Super/Pension > under ProductRex, select the relevant scenario.
