Product Fees/Recommended Tables are missing or incorrect

  1. Ensure you have entered your Investment/Super platform correctly with the CRM. Its important to select from our database of platforms to ensure the correct (Admin fees, MER, Management Fees) Fees etc have been applied.

    Within the Contact > Information section. When selecting your platform, try to avoid creating a manual entry, instead choose from our drop down options.

  1. If the Product Recommendation tables are missing from your output, ensure you have selected the scenario in the generation section.

eg- If using ProductRex, ensure this is first selected in the Wizard, then under Generate Document

Select Filter Categories > Choose Super/Investment

Then select the ProductRex scenario/s
