New Client Onboarding Process
In this tutorial, let's step through what a new client onboarding process looks like in DASH.
Keep this tutorial open on one screen and follow along each step in DASH while we demonstrate the following:
Step 1
Create a new client
Step 2 - Capture some basic client data
Now that we've created a basic client/contact, lets use the DASH Client Engagement App to capture some basic information from the client.
The Client Engagement app can be configured to show/hide any fields, so you can use it for new clients to ask for basic info, or at review time when you want clients to view all data.
Step 3 - Checking the client data
At this stage, you have tested the Client Engagement App and completed some basic information.
We're now ready to view this data and push it back to the DASH CRM, eliminating any need for double data entry.
