Capturing your client fact find data
There are two simple ways to capture fact find information in DASH.
1. Enter the information yourself directly into the CRM
You can collect the client’s details using a paper-based fact find, or by speaking with them over the phone/meeting. Once you have the information, you manually enter it into the CRM. This keeps all client data stored in one place and ready to use across the system.
2. Send the client a secure link to complete it
You can also use the Client Engagement tool to send the client a secure link. The client completes their fact find online, and the information automatically feeds directly into the CRM. This saves time and reduces manual data entry.
Using the information
Once the fact find information is in the CRM, you can:
Generate a Reverse Fact Find document to review with the client
Use the same data in the SOA process, so you don’t need to re-enter information
