Income - Adjust Client Salary, Earnings or Other Income in Archer (E.g. Reduced Hours)

Your client may wish to reduce their work hours before retirement, or go on mat leave and change from full to part time for a period.

This can be done in the Detailed Tables section.

1. Navigate to the Income table and select with the client or partners income - Picture 2

2. Under the Salary Override column, update the 100%. In the example picture, in 2026 the client is going on mat leave, so they'll be getting 0%, the following two years, they will be working 3 days a week, so 60%.
