Record Keeping in DASH is done via the File Notes tab within a Contact.

Everything from correspondence to meeting notes, to signed documents and research is stored here.

To get the most from File Notes

  • Create File Note Categories to create better search and reporting

  • Create File Note Templates for a more consistent efficient approach

  • Track Comments or tag other users

  • Allow Client to Upload their own Files (this is done using the Client Engagement App)
