Record Keeping in DASH is done via the File Notes tab within a Contact.
Everything from correspondence to meeting notes, to signed documents and research is stored here.
To get the most from File Notes
Create File Note Categories to create better search and reporting
Create File Note Templates for a more consistent efficient approach
Track Comments or tag other users
Allow Client to Upload their own Files (this is done using the Client Engagement App)
