Error message when generating document
If you receive an error message when attempting to generate your document, it's likely caused by some missing information from either:
the SOA wizard or,
the CRM or,
the document generation step.
How to troubleshoot:
Even if there is an error, you can download a document via the Documents > History section.
Check the downloaded document for any visible code. One reason for the codes showing in the document would be a data entry error (ie. missing data in the CRM).

Some common errors that result in missing data:
CRM: Insurance - Life insured/owner.
CRM: Super/Pension - Incomplete beneficiary details.
Wizard: Insurance Recommendations, Manual entries.
Wizard: Selecting the incorrect application used for Super/Pension/Investment Recs.
