Error message when generating document

If you receive an error message when attempting to generate, its likely caused by some missing information from either:

  • the SOA wizard

  • the CRM

  • the document generation step

How to troubleshoot:

Download the generated document and check for any visible code.
If you can see code anywhere in the document, it means the document hasn’t generated correctly, this is usually the source of the issue.

You can download a document even if there is an error via the Documents > History section

Some commons areas of missing data:

  • CRM: Insurance - Life insured/owner

  • Wizard: Insurance Recommendations, Manual entries

  • Wizard: Selecting the correct application used for Super/Investment Recs
