Data Entry into DASH

If you collect client information using a paper-based fact find or during a phone conversation, you can enter the details directly into the CRM.

Step 1: Open the client record.
Search for and open the client’s profile in the CRM.

Step 2: Navigate to the Fact Find sections.
Within the client record, start in the Summary page to input basic details, then move to the Information tab to enter things such as personal details, employment, income, assets, liabilities, and goals.

Step 3: Use the data across the system.
Once the information is entered, it becomes available across DASH. You can:

  • Generate a Reverse Fact Find to confirm the details with your client.

  • Utilise the advice apps to do product recommendations and modelling.

  • Use the information as part of the SOA/ROA preparation process.

Entering fact find data manually ensures that all client information is stored in one place and ready to be used throughout the advice process.
