

Client Notifications (Client Email)
You can send the client an email as part of completing a task. This can be enabled for tasks created within a workflow (Picture 1) or for standalone tasks (Picture 2).
Add the task in the workflow / create a standalone task.
Enable client notification, under the Client Notification Tab.
Select the relevant email template.
Click on Save (for workflows) / Create for (Tasks).
Sending the Client Email
When the task is completed, an email preview will appear (Picture 3).
The preview displays the selected email template allowing you to review and edit the content before sending the notification to the client.
To send the email immediately > Click on 'Save and Complete'.
To send the email at a later time > Click on 'Save'. This will save the email as a draft, and you can send the email when you complete the task.
