Cancel my DASH account?

You can cancel your DASH account anytime via the Settings > Practice section.

Please note, license cost are not pro-rata. If you can cancel part way through the month, you will be charged for the remainder of the month.

If you are leaving DASH and require a copy of your data, you can request this via our Support team. There is a cost of $550 for all client data including File Notes and Attachments.

Alternatively, you can export the client data yourself via the export buttons. Note, this does not include File Notes and Attachments.
