Agreements - Process on a Page

The high-level process for ongoing/annual agreements in DASH:

  1. Create your Service Package (Agreement)

Include the services and fees are included in the package/s. This is created once in the Settings area

  1. Apply the agreement package against your clients

Within a Client, In the Agreements tab, add the agreement package. This sets the agreement start date. Update the services and fees if needed and then change the status to Ready.

  1. Produce an Agreement document

Within the Client, go to the Summary page and Generate Document section. Download the document and get the client to sign in the meeting or send for e-signature

  1. Monitor next renewal date

Use the Dashboard widget to alert you when the client needs to be renewed

  1. Renew Agreement

Open the current agreement, select Renew. Update the new agreement services or fees if required. Change the status to "Ready" and generate the new agreement document
