Downloading the SOA document
Once the following steps have been completed, the SOA document can be generated into Word format:
Client data completed in the CRM
Strategy Modelling in Archer (optional)
Product Recommendations (ProductRex, ChantWest, Omnilife, Quest)
SOA wizard scenario completed
