Let's start building our SOA document now using the SOA wizard, incorporating data from the CRM and our product recommendation in Product Rex.
Your Action
Launch the SOA wizard and work through each section to familiarise yourself with our standard text. You can create your own text within Settings.
As you go along, make note of any key areas you may want to customise for your SOA.
